Many entrepreneurs settle for lesser goals because they’re afraid. Afraid of failing, afraid of what other people think of them, afraid of not having enough skills, money, experience.
It’s not always conscious. You don’t think that you are aiming for small goals because you are afraid of what other people think. Most people don’t have that kind of conversations with themselves, and they seldom self-reflect. This self-reflection is often triggered by other people, your mentor or an accomplished person that you admire, because you don’ realise on your own that you’re thinking small.
Once you realise you’re not doing something that you should be doing, you can start understanding the “why”. Once you know your “why”, you can specify it, write it out, and you will understand the monster that you fear is not that big.
Don’t let the monster that you fear be bigger than you are as a warrior.
