Videos are free of charge.

Timeline: It usually takes 1-3 days to have the company registered in the business portal. 190€ of state fee is paid to the Estonian government.

We accept multi-shareholder companies.

Company registration without the e-residency card.

You may need to use the traditional methods of incorporating the Estonian company.

Possible reasons:

• No time to wait for the e-residency card
• Some of the shareholders do not have the e-residency card
• The new company will be owned by another entity
• No awareness of the e-residency program
• etc

There are 2 ways to incorporate a company without the e-residency card:

Visit Tallinn and go to notary.
Use the power of attorneys and register the company remotely.

Comistar can help with both of these options.

Visiting Tallinn

We’ll start by collecting your personal information and information about the new company (name options, field of business, share capital etc).

We’ll agree to the date & time of your visit to set the notary time.

We check the proposed company name options – the availability and trademarks. We’ll organize the information and submit to the notary.

Client visits Tallinn, we’ll provide a 1 –hour consultation on company administration, tax questions and other relevant questions – get to know each other.

We’ll go to the notary and register the company.

It takes 1-5 days to have the company registered.

Using the power of attorneys

We’ll start by collecting your personal information and information about the new company (name options, field of business, share capital etc).

We check the proposed company name options – the availability and trademarks.

We prepare the Power of Attorneys. The client has to notarize, apostille or legalize the documents in the home country. Which proceeding is needed depends on the country and its agreements with Estonia.

Certified documents are sent back to us by post (Ahtri 12-200, 10151, Tallinn, Esotnia).

The sworn translator will translate the PoAs to Estonian.

We go to the notary and register the company on client’s behalf.
